Pros

I have worked for Intellitec College for over 17 years in the Corporate Office. DVMD is now our parent company and they have been great. Through the Pandemic they have worked with us to keep us safe and continue to do so. Work life balance actually exists. Profit sharing and HSA matching are in place.

Cons

DVMD is working towards getting us more technologically advanced, but this is a long process. DVMD has only been in charge for a couple years and we have already made some advances, but more need to be made.

Pros

Every teacher will encourage you to do your best. They will help you before you start the program and after you finish the program. The teachers are not required to help you find a job, but they do it because they love their students and want to see them succeed. They do not just slap you into any job but will use all their contacts in the medical field to place you in a position that you love. Go, MISS LO!

Cons

The only cons are what you, as a student, bring in with you.

Horrible Management. Leads by fear. Departments are highly overworked and underpaid. Turn over is like I've never seen before.
