Toxic Leadership No merit based pay raises low Pau (disportionated to workload, education, experience, or effort) Micromanging environment No infrastructure training or support for students/instructors for new policies No qualified curriculum development team (2 people with no degree in curriculum and no collaboration efforts) Stakeholders or upper level management out of touch with needs of students and instructors No promotional incentives no support for continuing education for employees Instructor turn around is awful Continues to change policy or platforms with no communication

Every teacher will encourage you to do your best. They will help you before you start the program and after you finish the program. The teachers are not required to help you find a job, but they do it because they love their students and want to see them succeed. They do not just slap you into any job but will use all their contacts in the medical field to place you in a position that you love. Go, MISS LO!

The only cons are what you, as a student, bring in with you.

Horrible Management. Leads by fear. Departments are highly overworked and underpaid. Turn over is like I've never seen before.
