Instructors and few office people are great and care about students. Most students truly want an education and make things worth doing.

Cons

Management has short fuses and flip flop about decisions. There is 0 room for moving up in the company. You are always treated like you are replaceable. If you don’t play politics and toot your own horn you will never even be told thank you, the suck ups who mainly steal credit are the ones who are “Celebrated” this place is filled with lies, secrets and deception.

Every teacher will encourage you to do your best. They will help you before you start the program and after you finish the program. The teachers are not required to help you find a job, but they do it because they love their students and want to see them succeed. They do not just slap you into any job but will use all their contacts in the medical field to place you in a position that you love. Go, MISS LO!

Cons

The only cons are what you, as a student, bring in with you.

Horrible Management. Leads by fear. Departments are highly overworked and underpaid. Turn over is like I've never seen before.
