Pros

I got along with everyone I worked with on a daily basis. Keeps you busy enough for the day to pass by quickly, but not so fast that you can't keep up. I was allowed to work fairly independently without anyone breathing down my neck. I always felt like the campus director had my back. Very forgiving with unforseen issues causing someone to be late or needing to leave early. If you have an idea, it will at least be considered and discussed. My home life and personal time always felt respected. They paid for the tests when I wanted to get a new certification.

Cons

I only have experience with the Pueblo campus, so I can't vouch for the workplace cultures of the other campuses.

Pros

Every teacher will encourage you to do your best. They will help you before you start the program and after you finish the program. The teachers are not required to help you find a job, but they do it because they love their students and want to see them succeed. They do not just slap you into any job but will use all their contacts in the medical field to place you in a position that you love. Go, MISS LO!

Cons

The only cons are what you, as a student, bring in with you.

Cons

Horrible Management. Leads by fear. Departments are highly overworked and underpaid. Turn over is like I've never seen before.
