- You get paid on time - No one cares if you are sleeping @ work

- This is not the place for anyone having career aspirations - Absolute lack of accountability - No processes - Senior management is like a bunch of jokers who made big - Ad hoc decision making - Too much negativity in office - No cohesiveness between teams - No appraisal process - They have a CEO who likes to poke his nose in everything the company does. He would even search for pizza deals if we had to order some.
