The company has good clients but the CEO's belief in few people has let the company down

Manager thinks he is THE expert at all technologies and rejects half the submissions and later you find out that same candidate is hired by the client via different company. There have been cases where Employees who have worked here 2+ years and were on notice period have been kicked out without even allowing them to say proper goodbye leave alone giving them a farewell. These smart managers think all employees are Idiots just keep because they want to prove to the CEO that they are great at cost cutting they stop even the little necessities. There is No Food/cab at night and lately these guys have been firing female employees in middle of night.
