      Pros

      Intercon has always been there for me, I've been with intercon for almost 4 years. When I came back from maternity leave my daughter refused to eat for anyone but me and lost 5lbs in the month I was back at work. I talked with Management and HR, who where beyond understanding and let me take another 3 months off so I could be there for my daughter. I had a very complicated pregnancy, where I had to be on very light duty. Management changed my schedule and my job description so that I was still able to work.

      Pros

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
