      I work at a nice site

      Cons

      You don't discipline bad employees that abandon their posts and have many many write ups. You taxed my $500 bonus a lot. You're not making up for inflation either. You also don't reward employees that work up to 70+hrs a week cause you can't keep staffing

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
