      The coworkers that you see at briefing and debriefing are great.

      Cons

      We work in a very dangerous environment. We learn radio codes and put our minds and bodies through a lot every time we work. Our equipment is heavy and hurts our bodies. $18/hour is not a living wage in San Diego. We are working and putting our lives in danger with drug addicts every day to not even survive in the place we live.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
