      Salary is okay everyone makes the same exact amount except management

      Backstabbing and click gatherings unprofessional open door policies, excessive desire to fire and drmote employees. Disrespectful Co workers everyone plays against each other. High stress level.. If you do a million things right 1 thing wrong will count. People leave because of the unruly supervisor that wished she was born a man. Unfortunately you are who you are hunni. Everything is blamed on night shift no matter what. Great atmosphere at night. Very friendly and positive officer's that are able to work together and work as a unit.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
