The owner of this team (Jorge Mas) has no business running a professional sports organization. The reason you cant get naming rights, a jersey sponsor, your new stadium built is that its a nightmare to work with this team. Constantly disorganized with poor communication. Revenue is the ONLY focus but there is no support for departments who generate it. You’re losing employees left and right. There’s plenty of other sports teams out there who treat their employees with respect, my advice is to go work for them instead
