Pros

It was a full time job.

Cons

There was no formal training for in-house software and programs, so all I had to work with were 2 weeks from an embittered person quitting then what I could learn on my own. The middle management encouraged us to ask questions but were rarely if ever available. They had constant meetings that they joked about being gossip clubs. The environment is very much like high school in that gossip and rumor take precedence over performance and actual skill. There does not seem to be much enthusiasm for forward thinking or implementing change, even if it means minor adjustments that would increase revenue and employee retention while reducing overhead costs. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Pros

This has to be my favorite job I've ever done. Working here is never the same thing each day and it's very fulfilling work. Making people smile has to be the best job you could have. Depending on the day you could be done by noon. On longer days it could go til school gets out, closer to like 5

Cons

I wish it was year round and full-time. Pay was pretty decent at first but now it pays minimum wage. Mileage comp could be higher.
