* Good entry-level job for anyone looking to get into photography or wanting work in general

Cons

* Management is disorganized and not empathetic towards staff * Very early mornings and long drives * Schools can be very difficult and unreasonable to work with, along with the students * Overscheduling of staff leads to exhaustion and frustration * Equipment can be unreliable, at times * Salary does not reflect the amount of work put in by photographers

Pros

This has to be my favorite job I've ever done. Working here is never the same thing each day and it's very fulfilling work. Making people smile has to be the best job you could have. Depending on the day you could be done by noon. On longer days it could go til school gets out, closer to like 5

Cons

I wish it was year round and full-time. Pay was pretty decent at first but now it pays minimum wage. Mileage comp could be higher.
