Pros

Visiting schools and checking in on customers is the best part of the job. The customers make it worthwhile.

Cons

Good ole boy system. No growth opportunities. Company doesn’t begin to cover your expenses. You’d better have a good credit card because they expect you to pay for everything and you don’t get reimbursed in a timely manner. TM has no real authority over the operations of their territory. Everything down to buying paper towels and soap for the office has to be approved. Toxic culture full of gossip - even in upper management. Some of the upper management can be inappropriate. Did I mention no room for growth? The list goes on. Very sad considering the previous owners were wonderful people who genuinely cared about their staff.

Pros

This has to be my favorite job I've ever done. Working here is never the same thing each day and it's very fulfilling work. Making people smile has to be the best job you could have. Depending on the day you could be done by noon. On longer days it could go til school gets out, closer to like 5

Cons

I wish it was year round and full-time. Pay was pretty decent at first but now it pays minimum wage. Mileage comp could be higher.
