Pros
The property-level staff is generally great. I would be wary of who you trust, but find your "tribe" and stick with them. The benefits aren't great, but they aren't terrible.
Cons
Corporate only does the MINIMUM required by law, and then begrudgingly so. They're not concerned with doing the best for the employees or guests. You don't get to take any vacation your first year, and after that, depending on your level, you get one or two weeks. This is INSANE and I've never worked for a company that sets such a standard for administrative team or managers. They pay for employee-only health insurance, but it's not great. You'll end up making up for it with the cost of dental and vision. No retirement plan at all, even without a company match. This is not a place for you if you value your earnings and benefits, as many people do. Again, be wary of who you trust at your property. Many will step on you just to advance their own agendas. Politics will probably prevent you from advancing your career if you don't play the game.
