Pros

Great colleagues that really take what they're doing seriously and passionately, especially towards the patient group that they cover. Decent benefits, have a student loan stipend.

Cons

Upper management doesn't consider what is in progress, what has already been done or researched, and decision changes happen so frequently, nothing gets done. Healthcare is United, worst out there.
