-Doing some really cool custom content executions -Starting to leverage cross platform capabilities with TV, Radio and Digital -Work with a majority of Fortune 100 brands -Room for career growth across company

- Tries to do more with less (i.e. - number of staff in each department)

Pros

Great new projects coming from the editorial team, the sales and marketing team, and the video team especially. Cool new opportunities are popping up, and lots of good changes have been made in the last year. Some really great strides made since pre-pandemic drab culture and the new leadership in place seems to be really dedicated to improving the culture. Excited about where things are headed.

Cons

A little all over the place in terms of communication across departments. Compensation could still be higher, especially in this competitive market.
