the staff is wonderful and kind, the employees are kind as well. They nurture a very warm environment.

Cons

it is hard to get a promotion because its a family owned business. its possible to move up but you would really need to stand out somehow.

Everyone in the Outreach Department is very hardworking, responsible and dedicated to helping the clients, We have a Director who leads by example and trained us to be the best we can be.

Cons

I don't have any cons ! I am very happy to be working at an Agency where we feel part of a big family . An Agency where they want you to be successful and provide you with all the training and tools be achieve it.
