I work in a school and it's great to work with the kids

Cons

Limited support, no one else from my agency on site. Poor and infrequent supervision. Difficult work. High caseload, lots of paperwork, difficult to get it all done within work hours. At risk of burnout. Limited PTO.

Everyone in the Outreach Department is very hardworking, responsible and dedicated to helping the clients, We have a Director who leads by example and trained us to be the best we can be.

Cons

I don't have any cons ! I am very happy to be working at an Agency where we feel part of a big family . An Agency where they want you to be successful and provide you with all the training and tools be achieve it.
