Pros
Great benefits, responsive and mostly supportive management as long as you are doing your job. Flexible with hours and remote work. They pay for your healthcare and offer loan forgiveness. There is a lot of room for growth in the company and they encourage it. Per raises and bonus each year, and pay is considerably more than other agencies. It seems they are trying to improve and address their shortcomings (more team building events, started a DEI committee, offer free trainings etc). I would recommend, as it provides a well rounded experience for therapists but be aware that it is a high crisis environment and very demanding.
Cons
Too much emphasis on # of clients vs quality of care. Always drowning in documentation which is also constantly changing. EHR system sucks. Way too many emails per day, some unnecessarily aggressive or sent at odd hours which made me feel constantly on call. A lot of no-shows. Recently supervisors have begun to micro manage more, and monitor/pick apart schedule to make sure therapists are meeting quotas. Not enough support for therapists given the high risk needs of the clients.
