Pros

Worker bees are generally smart, fun, good people. Events can be fun. Free coffee, tea, cocoa. 401k matching Good healthcare plans Weekly on-site masseuse Growth industry

Cons

Very sales-heavy organization with an emphasis on selling. Selling to NYSE, selling to ICE, selling to other mergers and acquisitions. Very little commitment to investing in internal infrastructure, instead relying on a remote, top-heavy organization to manage vendors and what skeleton crew remains in the office. Generally unhappy clients, which encourages finger pointing and infighting. Working with parent company NYSE inhibits and slows every process down. Lots of red tape and hair pulling for every little request.

Pros

Creative and dynamic company attempting to provide automation, transparency across complex markets. Lean org with minimal bureaucracy in attempt to be agile and mobile.

Cons

No hybrid model, 5 day in the office not in line with industry or general market.

Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.
