Pros

1. Supportive leadership 2. Latest tech stack but varies by project and teams 3. Work life balance, wfh for max 2 days in week 4. Available free dry snacks at all time in cafeteria. Regular snacks served in evening which is okay,

Cons

1. No cab facility apart from west side employee which is unfair to others leaving by same or more distances 2. Only one option for lunch by single vendor, no south indian foods too. Limited options in lunch. 3. Minimal employee engagement programs and trainings. You can leverage linked-in leaning for upskill yourself. 4. Office structure is typical and bit crowded sometimes to help you distract due to mix of folks with different job functions

Pros

Creative and dynamic company attempting to provide automation, transparency across complex markets. Lean org with minimal bureaucracy in attempt to be agile and mobile.

Cons

No hybrid model, 5 day in the office not in line with industry or general market.

Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.
