Pros

Family oriented space. I like how they encourage their employees to be promoted. Fair wage for the work. The job sounds very technical but is actually easy to learn. We get to listen to use our headphones while we work. Great benefits program and management always engaged with the employees and actually care about us. Starts as an early morning shift (5am) and we get out in the afternoon (1:30pm) so thats super convenient.

Cons

Can be slow or boring at times.

I was fired within 3 months due to reshuffling of teams. I had left my stable job at amazon for Interface. This was the worst decision of my life. I regret it. The previous Production manager was very rude and he used to mentally Harras employees. I was suddenly fired even after performing all my duties well on time. Upper management doesn't care at all. Please do not join this company
