Pros

Management really cares about keeping their employees happy. They are very generous with benefits and PTO. They are flexible and supportive of individual schedules. They listen to suggestions from staff regarding "Work/Life Balance". They offer opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge. They encourage team building with many fun activities (Halloween competition, No Shave November, Chili Cook Off, Thanksgiving Breakfast, Winter Holiday Party, just to name a few. I would say of all the many places I've worked, I never felt such a warm welcome to the company as I did with this staff at Interface Engineering. It's a really terrific place to work.

Cons

Can't think of a one.

Pros

- Highly focused on employee professional development and kwowldedge attainment. A learning organization. - Exceptional, collaborative culture - especially now as a 100% employee- owned ESOP firm. - Industry leader in technical and process accumen in the building design and consulting space. - World class culture with a respectful, safe, professional, working environment. - Stable and thriving organization that sustains and enhances culture while growing in a mindful manner.

Cons

- Not really a con, but we are so successful that we have the highest project backlog in our company's 50+ year history; the challenge is to manage growth to maintain our very special culture during expansion.

Pros

Decent company benefits, hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Poor HR that took over 4mo to provide some benefits, and over 6mo for others due to no formal onboarding. Electrical technical leads have no experience in the modern programs, making decisions based on 20+ yr old tech. Poor word choice in emails is a common issue amongst electrical leadership. Many PMs are more focused on looking busy by pushing emails rather than doing work or training, could easily be replaced with non-technical personnel and be more efficient while letting PEs lead more projects. Too many non-integrated systems and no privileges means doing things the dumb way. Everyone is an “associate” so it means nothing.
