Pros

Lots of work, long hours. Contract work is good. Many staff are professional and have the best interests of the tech in mind. They work hard and take seriously that they are in an industry that is providing safety to the customer.

Cons

Hold times for support are long. Support staff don't care how long we stay on hold.

Pros

Awesome talent acquisition team, great onboarding process, thorough and broad introduction process to meet the entire team and a very welcoming and supportive organization as a whole. Leadership is extremely visible, involved and supportive.

Cons

None to be noted thus far.

Pros

1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

Cons

1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.
