Pros

Decent parking and benefits (though bare minimum)

Cons

Passive aggressive management that obsesses over small things like If you wear a jacket (even though they keep the building freezing). They also are almost always completely understaffed but make little effort to fix that

Thank you for your review. It is common that employees do not always agree with company policies, however, it is imperative that a company have written policies for the protection of employees and the company. Our dress code is business casual. While we do not allow hoodies or hooded attire, we do allow employees to wear jackets or sweaters (as long as they do not have a hood). The SOC area is an extremely secured area and the work space does tend to be a couple degrees cooler than the rest of the building. This space has a server room that must be maintained at a certain temperature and the room has no external walls. I apologize if this was never explained to you. It is my understanding that this is explained in new hire orientation for anyone working in the SOC. Again, your review is very helpful.

Pros

Awesome talent acquisition team, great onboarding process, thorough and broad introduction process to meet the entire team and a very welcoming and supportive organization as a whole. Leadership is extremely visible, involved and supportive.

Cons

None to be noted thus far.

Pros

1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

Cons

1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.

We’re sorry to hear other parts of your experience did not meet expectations.
