Pros
I don't know where to start. I came to the company in July 2022 and I have been so much happier with life in general. My screening was great with the T&A team before I met the hiring manager. I am not a very good interviewer, but I wanted to show my true self instead of giving the interview answers like many people may do for a job. I was very upfront and honest about why I was leaving a company I was with for 10 years and what I am looking for in a new role. I met with the hiring manager a couple days later and what I thought would be a 15 minute interview turned into the most amazing 2 hours. Not only did it feel like 2 people talking, but the anxiety and stress from interviewing was nonexistent after a few minutes. I still love my job and the career. There are many changes going on not only to better the company, but to show the appreciation to our employees. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that I was given and the opportunity to have support not only by my manager, but also by the employees, other managers, and the HR team.
Cons
If I had to be picky and come up with a con, I would say that the job can get stressful at times, but that it with any job. Depending what department, you are working in, it may be more stressful or faster pace. The managers work with you to make sure that you succeed. in your role.
