Pros

They have transitioned to a work from home setup

Cons

They don’t train their employee’s. You are thrown to the wolves and expected to just figure things out while their clients suffer because of it.

We appreciate your feedback. Transitioning from an in-office setting to working from home can be challenging. We have support mechanisms in place like our Wellness Program that includes both social & emotional support as well as our Employee Assistance Program. When decisions are made at the top many factors come into play. One of them is the way it will impact all of our employees. We often have to make long-term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short-term. We continue to strive to create an open door policy, and it is unfortunate you did not take the time to reach out and share your feedback with the People team while you were here. Thank you for your service to Interface and we wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors! -Interface Systems People (HR) Team

Awesome talent acquisition team, great onboarding process, thorough and broad introduction process to meet the entire team and a very welcoming and supportive organization as a whole. Leadership is extremely visible, involved and supportive.

Cons

None to be noted thus far.

Pros

1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

Cons

1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with your coworkers, benefits, and remote work flexibility. We’re sorry to hear other parts of your experience did not meet expectations. Your comments around process, communication, metrics, and support for project managers are valuable and will be shared with the appropriate leadership teams for review.
