We understand that being a Security Operations Coordinator can be demanding, especially in a 24/7 life safety environment. Our onboarding program is aimed at accomodating for different learning styles including one-on-one training, hands on, visual aids and our Interface University learning management system, to allow all employees the ability to learn and grow. We understand that transitioning into a new role and a new company can be challenging at times. To support our employees, we also offer resources such as our Wellness Program, which offers social and emotional support, as well as our Employee Assistance Program. We also encourage our employees to take time off and disconnect during their days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance with a generous PTO policy.
