Pros
The compensation I received at Interface was fair but not good enough for me to stay at the company. I was underpaid based on my role and the job responsibilities. The other pro working for Interface Systems is the fact that my role allow me to work from home.
Cons
Interface systems is a company that is completely out of touch with organizational processes, corporate structure, and corporate culture. The company focuses more on nepotism and the who you system rather than promoting employees that have integrity and exceptional work ethic. The leaders at Interface Systems lack the vision, heart, and the accountability that it takes to run business running long-term. The employees that currently work for Interface, work in fear and don’t have the opportunity to express to their leaders what I am giving my feedback on. The employees fear retaliation, which I have witnessed while working there. The leadership team will promote employees with little to no experience or education while passing on employees with experience and education. The services that interface Systems provide to their customers are below average and those customers complain via organizations like The Better Business Bureau (BBB). The HR team will even respond to my feedback and try to explain why they are a good company. If that was the case, you would not have so many employees that have resigned and left the company due to the lack of organization that the company has. It was even stated that some of the employees are asked to leave reviews on Glassdoor, which in my opinion is a conflict of interest. The company is so unorganized that the employees don’t even know what their daily task are or even know how to manage their workload. I believe that if the company does not change their ways, more top-tier employees will leave the company and the company will lose customers. More cons but I would write a book and the company understands all the flaws.
