      Pros

      Fun (albeit immature) culture, relaxed office environment, some room to grow, mostly good energy and vibes, yummy healthy snacks.

      Cons

      Some nepotism in hiring, issues not addressed appropriately, inexperienced and/or helicopter managers, cliques, moved too quickly with products without addressing existing problems.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Love my coworkers & culture. Bit more corporate since the acquisition by Elsevier

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
