      Pros

      Great company to work for. They are driven to succeed and the Leadership team is strong. Positive feedback from employees on the Supervisors and the treatment of team members. The company lives by the core values and is very safety driven. They don't just talk about safety, they live by it.

      Cons

      Long hours out in the mill. Overtime is great but not much life outside of work.

      All of the team members here make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone jokes around and works together. They make you feel like family.
