Pros
The people are great. Management seem to really care about the employees. Fun social committee activities are planned often with no social club fees to the employees.
Cons
The industry is volatile and driven by external factors like Lumber prices and logistics which leads to uncertainties but management is conservative and seems to manage these conditions well.
