Unbelievably heavy to management/supervisors. Micro mangers/control freaks. Unable to let you do your job. No one to talk to, as everyone is manager and they stick up for each other. HR is useless, they have no idea what is going on in the work place and will side with management. "Fear based Management Style" making you do unethical things. Very Toxic environment!!!
