Next to no work-life balance so everyone is extremely overworked. Staff often works late into the evening and on the weekends. Micro-management across the company. Management doesn't keep employees in the loop. They laid off hundreds of employees but failed to let people know of their financial troubles and possible downsizing prior to the layoffs.
