Other than one on one care and great coworkers that's it. Awful place to work right now. Needs big overhaul. Many cons.

There is a lot of problems with this company. The benefits are worthless. Health insurance is outrageously expensive. No 401k. No retirement options, they offer stock that you can't touch for 5 years after retirement. No direct deposit. No time clock so they cheat you out 5 to 10 minutes every shift! They don't enforce their own policies if you can even find one. The mandates and overtime are so bad you can't have a life on work days. They offer 12 hour shifts at straight time and act like it's a favor. No maternity pay, thank God the bill passed so these cheapskates will have to pay. I would avoid this place until some big changes happen. I only earn 8 hours vacation every 3 months!
