They have some good field nurses in Home Health. But there are only a couple of smart, ethical people in the office.
Cons
The place is not run by the owners, even though they are on site, and the people they trust to run the business have no respect for the owners behind their backs. There are a ring of people who have been in the same positions for years who lie to the owners to protect themselves because they are very inept at doing their jobs. The HR person breaks every HR rule in the book. Anyone who has worked for a professional company is always appalled at HR behavior. The only people who can survive there are unethical people who are willing to manipulate the owners and will join the mob mentality of getting rid of anyone who may expose them.
