Pros
The employees that worked in the field...nurses, therapists, etc. worked together to do what was best for the patients. The in house LVN was wonderful...so helpful.
Cons
From day one I felt like I had to fend for myself. The DHCS was asked to resign so her only focus was to not leave a mess for the person who would take her place. My orientation was completely disorganized. I was told to see patients before I had any ride outs with the only RN that was employed there and before I even had training on the documentation and computer charting. Though I mentioned that fact to my superiors, I never received the training during my 4 months there.
