Pros
The Denver office was much more organized and friendly than the Pueblo office. They worked with my schedule and even paid for mileage in some cases. My manager on the PCW side in Denver was phenomenal and seemed to really care about employees and patients.
Cons
There didn't seem to be enough visits at times so CNA'S tend to pick up non-licensed PCW work to be able to get enough hours. However, that pays less. In the Pueblo office they were difficult to work with for shift pick ups and when someone called in sick it seemed like the patient wouldn't be seen because there weren't enough aides. And yet when my schedule freed up during break they didn't give me any extra shifts even though I said I was available. The Pueblo office also messed up my tax information and I didn't find out until I went to file and the company simply said oops.
