Pros
Not much. Some of the employees are very dedicated to each other. The sad part is that they all secretly talk about how miserable it is to work there under the owners constant micromanaging.
Cons
Owner in West Palm Beach location is heartless. Works her employees to death, doesn't always pay them on time, abuses her employees giving them the work of numerous people and then screams at them when they cannot get their job done in time. Expects them to work 60-80 hours a week. Owner uses profanity in meetings and brings employees to tears without caring about their feelings.
