Pros
The company and the clients really appreciate what you do for them. They also offer continuing education opportunities through the company so that you don't have to look elsewhere, or pay for them yourself.
Cons
There aren't a lot of "fringe benefits" offered to employees. The pay sometimes doesn't match up with your job duties (for example, a more strenuous job might pay less than a job where you aren't required to do so many tasks).
