Pros
There is a lot of flexibility, several different departments you can choose to work for within the office, such as adult services, pediatrics, home health and hospice. The management is very professional, yet understanding and compassionate when employees experience a personal crisis that may affect their work status.
Cons
I believe there is some repetitive and unnecessary paperwork, that takes valuable time away from an employee, that could be used more productively both at work and at home.
