Pros

The corporate office is extremely helpful, engaged, and available to answer questions and help deal with any issues. Our franchise consultant was a wonderful person, who was adept in her management style that focused on teaching and guidance. I felt continually supported by her through all the changes and uncertainty that pervaded this office.

Cons

The downside to this company lies in the fact that the offices are franchises. This allows the franchisee to run their office in whatever way they see fit, regardless of pre-set policies and procedures. Unfortunately, the corporate office is motivated by royalties, so much gets swept under the carpet. In my experience, the franchisee took on a new partner, who was the most disrespectful and passively aggressive person I have ever had to work with. I was so stressed in this office that it began to affect my health. Leaving this position was the best thing I could have done. It is unfortunate that the corporate team seems so competent, yet they have to allow franchisees to do what they will.
