Pros
When I was a CNA at interim healthcare, they really do dedicated their time in helping you in whatever you need in term of work. If I have a question or something important, they replied so fast even if it in the middle of the night. I really appreciate the management of this company. They are truly the best. Even after I didn't work with them, when I reach out for some paperwork for my school, they helped me and did not even delayed the process. The pay is great too, even for a CNA. Compensation and benefits, if you're full-time, you will get a lot of benefits as you work as a staff too. I can't talk about it much since I was a part-time CNA back then.
Cons
I don't have a lot cons to think about them. They are great! Sometimes it's just some facilities can be a little bit mean to agency workers. Work/life balance is awesome! Tell them if you're unable to work certain day or weeks or months, they will mark you unavailable and no one usually contacting you during that period unless If there's really something important going on.
