Pros

The other EA's & Teachers make it great! Supportive of each other & we truly care for our students! Pro's the students & connections made with a lot of them!!!!!

Cons

We are in danger of small to medium injuries & serious injury daily. The pay is very low for all we do & for the danger we are putting ourselves in. The disrespect from some students is very hard to take!
