Pros

Medical benefit, working with colleagues

Cons

One of the cons was working with 287 is there new superintendent we believe she does not understand the students we serve. Also, there is no room to move up within the company, even if you do have a degree..

Pros

Wonderful, committed employees who do amazing things for students

Cons

The amount of work Insufficiently trained staff in the classroom The lack of understanding of member district needs and concerns among staff and some administrators Current superintendent (not Sandra Lewandowski) is overly concerned with what her colleagues think of her, rather than the long-term best interest of the District and its students
