Pros
My coworkers all have the same goal everyday and that is to do a great job and improve quality to provide customers with a great product. Navistar is currently trying to gain the market back to be number 1 in the business.
Cons
The company continues to lose experienced engineers because of the downturn of the company along with better opportunities at other corporations. Navistar can not afford to lose this talent, especially before new employees are trained and actively working on the floor.
