Pros
My coworkers were a wonderful group of people who truly wanted to drive the business forward into the 21st century.
Cons
This is a very dusty industry that talks about changes and uses analytics as a popular talking point/buzzword, but is not seriously invested in improving. The organization does not embrace analytics for the most part, which makes this a very frustrating environment to experiment and implement modern analytical processes.
