Pros
The salary was 20% below average for an engineer but the befits were great. Since it was my first job I did not realize that I could end up paying so much for insurance from other companies.
Cons
Some people are more political then I would want. I was trying to do a good job but others just care about dates and how they look and not the product. They say they have profit sharing but they use the tax books that can look like no profit because they back claim losses. 10 years they said they only made a profit twice but the CEO got profit bonuses 8 of those years.
