Average pay and benefits for corporation its size, taxpayer subsidized corporate campus is nice though office space involves many small cubes and little privacy, most though not all employees support each other in a difficult time.
Cons
Opinion and bluster rule the day, facts just get in the way. A massive talent and experience drain through voluntary separation program.
